Inspirational Talk with Toneal - Aug 27,2013

In addition to being a teacher, Dan Burns considers himself fortunate to be able to pursue a challenging and rewarding career as a writer. He published his first non-fiction book, The First 60 Seconds (http://www.thefirstsixtyseconds.com), in May 2009, and followed that with an 18 month public speaking and book tour, which he feels was a wonderful opportunity to talk with thousands of people about how to be more effective in their job search and career efforts. Dan recently completed his first novel, a contemporary family drama titled, Recalled to Life. The book was released in June 2013, and he is currently on a national book tour to meet as many people possible. Additionally, he is working on a new series novel, A Fine Line, which is a crime mystery set in Chicago. He is also putting the final touches on a collection of his short stories that will be completed by the end of the year. The collection, No Turning Back, is set for publication in 2014.
