It is not often in life when a story takes my breath away, especially when it is by a teenage boy! Yet that is just what happened when I first heard of George Dennehy. This young man took 12 yrs to learn to play the guitar. Some of you may think, gese 12 yrs!! Give it up already, what is so fabulous about that…..well let me tell you. It took him 12 yrs to learn to play the guitar with his feet! You see George was born without arms. To most I would say this would be tragic, even devastating. Not to George, sure having arms would make life a wee bit easier but that's not in his nature. No need to ask God why or complain, instead George faces everyday with a God filled heart, ready and eager to inspire as many as he can. Never afraid to share the gospel, to shout out his love, and to chase his dreams. Recently he was asked to open for the Goo Goo dolls! What a dream come true, and what a show it was.
