Ms. Nelson is founder of the LOFT Nonprofit Organization that is devoted in addressing and removing youth in New Orleans from criminal enviornments and adopting positive ways in confronting violence. The LOFT is an alternative in which youth can turn.Nanette Nelson is a native New Orleanian.
