The Sentencing Project Nicole D. Porter is the Director of Advocacy and coordinates state legislative and public education campaigns on The Sentencing Project's criminal justice reform priorities. She manages The Sentencing Project's state and local advocacy efforts on sentencing reform, voting rights, and eliminating racial disparities in the criminal justice system. Porter works closely with advocates at the state and local level in planning their media and advocacy strategies to advance criminal justice reforms.
