We must never forget: Child sexual abuse is a crime Fed.Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act as amended by the Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003 defines: 1. Penn State 2. Catholic Church 3. Boy Scouts of America 4. Protestant Churches 5. Los Angeles Unified School District 6. Los Angeles County Children & Family Services and many other child related agencies.
