James MacArthur is caught off guard, when near the top of the show, a surprise call comes from Larry The Celebrity Cab Driver, who is with a recent assault victim at the hospital. After the victims mother initially agrees to a live interview then declines, the victim himself gets on the phone to tell his story of getting jumped and savagely beaten at Lexington Market in downtown Baltimore. In the second half of the show, MacArthur introduces one of his theories for the first time, the Police Officer Quadrants of Classification. A unique breakdown and assessment of the four kinds of cops on most police departments. Finally, in the last portion of the show, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and her administrations lack of transparency becomes a target of one of MacArthurs infamous rants.
