The LGBT community is making many strides in the areas of rights and acceptance by the greater society, and the future is certainly looking brighter than many of us ever thought it would even a few short yeas ago. But that doesnt mean that there arent still those out there who hate us---and who feel perfectly justified in using physical violence against us. Bias attacks in New York City are up this year, and last week one incident resulted in death when Mark Carson was shot and killed at point blank range. This week, we take a break from the usual fun and nonsense and share our thoughts on this most unfortunate side of the human condition. Hate sucks!
