Addition ON: THE LAST LINE OF DEFENSE - THE SHERIFF: If one understands that the Sheriff is the supreme law enforcement officer of the county, and that he respects the Constitution, gun confiscation fears become mute. For example, Sheriff Joe Arpaio has a very large posse composed of deputized citizens. Joining us will be Sheriff Jeff Christopher of Sussex County (Del.), who sued the state of Delaware after the state legislature removed “arrest powers” from the office of sheriff.
