The convicted felon is an illegal alien gangbanger from Mexico, "brought to the USA as a child & later joined a gang that targets Black People"; he was negligently released from custody (ON PRIOR GUN CHARGES), on March 1, 2008 & Executed Jamiel Shaw II on March 2, 2008. The trial finally started April 24, 2012. He was found guilty on May 9, 2012 and the Jury Recommended the death penalty on May 23, 2012. Judge Ronald Rose Upheld the Jury's Recommendation & Sentenced him to Death on November 2, 2012.
